Reel Poké Cove is a fast-casual restaurant opening at Westfield Roseville Galleria.   • Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. greet and thank customer and build their bowls accurately)

  • All Team Members share the responsibility of front and back of the house duties (i.e. prepping, setting up front counter, dishwashing, cleaning)

  • Take customer orders and recommend products

  • Work as a team to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively

  • Assist the supervisor and manager in food preparations

  • Ensuring front counter is clean and presentable at all times

  • Restock front counter ingredients as necessary

  • Cashier duties - Initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately

  • Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings and pre-shift meetings

  • Create visually appealing poké bowls

  • Memorize our menu and be able to answer menu-related questions

  • Comply with all Food Handling and Health and Safety requirements

  • Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance. Uniform required

  • Other tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Manager



  • While prior restaurant experience is a plus, no prior experience is necessary. However, all Team Members will be required to be CA Food Handler’s certified.

  • Must be 18 years or older


  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

  • Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent verbal skills

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, which include nights, weekends and holidays

  • Have a friendly and positive attitude

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Pays attention to detail

  • Self-starter – performs work without prompting

  • Expect our team members to learn our values and ensure their work performance is consistent to our values

  • Have excellent communication

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. fryer, slicer, griddle, soft serve, warmer, etc.)
